
Juline Monasakanian

As an entrepreneur, global supply chain enthusiast and cost management focused individual, Juline has over 20 years of experience implementing processes and executing strategies to drive growth for organizations. She is the current Vice President of Finance & Operations for Timberline Tool, a manufacturing firm based in Kalispell Montana, where she oversees the strategic direction, export initiatives, financial performance, and operations for the business. Prior to joining the family business, Juline started her career as a supply chain consultant for the Anklesaria Group, training Fortune 500 companies’ global procurement teams on implementing cost management strategies with their supply bases. She later went on to become the Americas Director of Sourcing for the WD-40 Company where she managed $75 million of category spend across the US, Canada, and Latin America. She oversaw the contract and supplier relationship management programs, and worked closely with the executive leadership team to drive strategic decisions for the global supply network.
Juline received her B.A. in Finance from the University of Portland and earned her MBA in International Business from the University of San Diego. While in graduate school, she attended 2 semester exchanges at the IE Business School in Madrid, Spain and the EGADE Business School in Monterrey Mexico where she gained an interest in cross-cultural communication, international trade relations and global supply chain management.
Whether it be giving routine lectures at UC San Diego’s Rady School of Management in the past or volunteering in her children’s classrooms today, Juline has always had a passion for educating others and working within communities to grow international business awareness.
