Jena Burke


Jena Burke is in her 9th year of teaching high school social studies. She currently teaches World Geography and Advanced Placement United States History at Sentinel High School in Missoula. She was the Montana recipient of the James Madison Memorial Fellowship in 2011, which led her to focus on Constitutional History in graduate school. Since becoming a teacher, Jena has been involved in Speech and Debate, GSA, Multicultural Club and Academic WorldQuest. Student travel is also a focus of Jena’s teaching, she has led student groups in Japan and has a Europe trip planned for June of 2022.
